Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

I've always heard when we get rid of a bad behavior we need to replace it with something positive. It's just my opinion that anything that takes over our lives where we are ignoring the necessary things we need to be doing can become an addiction
That being said I don't see you on DS enough to be an addiction. But of course I don't know what other social media you use. HUGS!
Congratulations on 53 days. After I stopped drinking for a year I felt so EMPOWERED. You'll love that feeling! And it will stay with you forever. Good for you Dee!!!
I know you can step away away from the internet and get things done. Seen pics you've posted to prove it. Hopefully the two of you will find some compromise. If that's what you wish. (((BBH)))
DO what you need to do , to stay sober.
Good job Dee on 53 days!
I KNOW that I am internet addicted.
Good show all around, Miss Dee.
Maybe he said that because he felt that you weren't paying enough attention to him and he got jealous. Some people are VERY needy and require constant ego boosters.
Some people need daily meetings or even twice a day... Support is so important...
I'm so sorry you're hurting Deedee...xo
Yes it's possible to be addicted to the net, I am.
I don't see it as a reason to break up with someone tho.
Sorry you are hurting, remember we are here for you. Hugs
