Today I had my 1st appointment with kind of therapy. What happens is the counselor has you go into a meditation where you speak to different parts of you like depression, anxiety, inner children and much more.
May this new therapy work because I have experienced a lot of trauma.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
