One time I was walking down the street to get to my sisters house and I had a beer in my hand. I had to pee and couldn't wait to get to her place so I put the beer down and started peeing on a near by tree.. While doing my business I get a flashight on me and a voice asking..

"Hey there, how ya doing?"

"Umm, fine." I said.

"WHAT are your doing?"

"Pissin'" I said.. It WAS pretty obvious to me.

The cop then says "Yeah... about that.. I'm gonna have to write you a tcket, but I'll give you a choice.."

"Go ahead.." I say

"I can give you an indecent exposure or an open container for the beer."

So I think about it and tell him I'll take the indecent exposure..
