i did try a yoga type of thing..it made me feel better ..but i dont feel like doing it anmore..

eating makes me feel guilt, my dad made me angry, its mre anger twards the past. and im just sad idk why

I'm sorry, itz. I don't think I can be of much help, but I understand how you feel. I'm sorry you're there, it hurts. My stupid (but effective) method of dealing with that is to randomly google stuff. For example, I recently googled The Supremes & read about them, Motown, Berry Gordy, etc. for about three hours. It was a distraction, it helped. (Ask me anything about them now!)

my dad was complainging about a germ thing right and the reason it made me mad is cuz of how hypocritical he is. wen his wife is home this house is a diaster.and he never complains ...its a petri dish and now thats she on vacation the huse is cleaner.

i ate dinner and i just feeel soo bad about it..its really bad...i just dont want to eat forever
