Im alive for my baby

I feel my life crumbling before my eyes. When i feel like i cant i remember i have a baby girl. When people treat me bad i remember she needs me. My husband doesnt need me but my baby does. Tonight is hard. im dead inside tonight

oh sweetie----my daughter has inspired me to hang on more than once. i can honestly say, if it wasn't for her, i would likely be dead.

keep holding onto that thought--that she needs you, her mommy.

is there anyone you can talk to right now? a friend or family member? even a crisis line? i have called the crisis line---more than once--and was able to release some pain and tears and have someone hear me. they *can* be helpful (and on the other hand I have had a couple of hapless dweebs)

If there is one thing that never changes that is change. It is inevitable, but your love for you child is the best way to stay alive. I know the pain that I would cause him would be so utterly horrible, that there would be no way my soul would find peace. Troubled times are a bitch. And yes our lives sometimes fall apart..but we are lucky, we have little people that depend on us, that is the reminder that you are WORTHWHILE. Breath, stay in the moment and be with your daughter when you feel down. Look at her face and be grateful for her life because you know she is grateful for yours. May you be well. May you be at peace. May you be loved.

I know exactly how you feel. The only time my husband is romantic with me is when he is high (on perscription meds). Luckily you can concentrate on your baby...who we all know really needs you...so please don't do anything drastic. I wouldn't want any child to live without a mother because the mother felt that she felt "dead inside". Unfortuantely I don't have that to hang onto as my daughter is 23yrs old this year and away at University. Keep calling the crisis lines as long as you need to!! It can really help. my baby died (oh, she was a cat; i guess that doesn't count). i'm not allowed to have anymore cat babies. they tie you down too much, they said. and those vet bills!

the reason i can only have cat babies and cat friends is that i don't know how to connect with people. don't even want to try anymore.

i am waiting until i get lucky enough to die. it will probably take a long time, judging from the run of bad luck that my life has been so far.

if this sounds like self-pity i'm sure it is.
