My pdoc asked when I usually go to bed and I told him 1 or 2 am. He said no no no. You need to take your meds at 9 or 10 and shut the tv and computer off and go to bed. Easier said then done. Before he would tell me it was an important to just maintain the same schedule. I don't think I can do the early thing. Ugh.
I always was a night owl. I love the cool night air, the quiet.
My Pdoc says to take my meds at 9 or 10 also..... I get heavy eyes right after I take my meds.............hmmmmm.....it's 9:27 PM on the West Coast. Time to take my meds
