I hurt physically....one thing that helps are hot showers...especially in the winter...grateful for what I have...the three stooges, carol bernett, I love lucy, comedy movies, a good book and music.

Distraction also comes from computer...but that can be harmful if I stay on for too long.

Look up funny prank videos on YouTube. Or funny animal videos. Even if you get one good laugh out of them it’s totallt worth it. Works for me every time!

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
