I am sitting here crying my eyes out.....I feel like my life is already over....I want it to be over, too. I just want this sadness and hopeless feeling gone for good...where it will never ever ever come back to haunt me. :(

Could I please have some hugs? I wont do anything to harm myself...I just need some friendship right now.

You are a very virtuous person. You have a lot of life ahead of you, I want your sadness to be gone too. We know that with bipolar disorder it will not go away for good. But there are many steps you can take in order to feel better.

Jasmine... a (((((BIG HUG)))) ... you are not alone as long as you have friends and you have those here that understand exactly how you are feeling and how difficult it is to see reasons to smile... I would check in with your doctor though to see if they can look at your treatment plan and see what might work better... ((((hugs))) polar

Poor girl! It's your time to cry. My wish for you is lovely, sweet dreams tonight and to wake up feeling sunny again. Even if just for the first minute.

Spanish speakers, instead of "Sweet dreams!" say, "Que suenas con los angelitos!" May you dream with the angels! That's my wish for you tonight.
