Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
Maybe if you take a mini break and have a relaxing bath and put on some music you may feel a little better.. reduce your stress for awhile and your odd feeling may subside...
((hugs))
Nothing lasts forever, even the bad parts.
You sound very very busy and extremely smart to be getting your masters, juggling a marriage and potentially a pregnancy? You should be so proud of yourself. Try to look at your successes and see hte big picture when all of this little stuff hits you hard.
I'm sorry you are overwhelmed right now. You certainly do have a lot on your plate. I agree that if you can take a minibreak, it would help immensely. Even if its just a cup of coffee or tea. Can you at least turn on some soothing music to study by? Just be easy on yourself. It will get better.Love and hugs, Hope
Just try to enjoy yourself as much as you can. It seems you have people in your life that love you very much, and ultimately when you work at it and keep plugging away everything you want to come to fruition will. Relax a bit if you can :)
Listen to Bob Marley if he strikes a chord with you :) Go give your loved ones a kiss. It always makes me feel better. You are obviously an amazingly talented and intelligent person!!! You can get through it. I have infinite faith in you! Yaaaaaaay Tizzy!
I'm in your corner.
To re-use my favorite quote from Winston Churchill, the famous bipolar leader of Great Britain in World War II:
"When you're going through Hell, keep going."
Music helps me too, anything by this group.
