Ok I know i have done a lot of post about my realtionship with my ex. It has been of and on for the last 8 months. I stupidly went back to him to try and work out problems. Well yesterday he eamiled me telling me he has a girlfriend. I had been emailing him for a week because I deleted him from my phone. I finaly have waved my white flag in surender. I am done for good this time. He hurt me really bad and i know he told me he had a girlfriend just to hurt me. I will say though I did not fall far, i had the mindset that we were done and he was out of my life. I am going to see my therapist tomorrow. I am doing better then i would have guuessed.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

(((BIG HUG))) It really gets better, woman on the other side of grieving a dream, not the man - it is awesome, wise and no pain!!!
In the dictionary - love has columns of examples - not one of them was pain or disappointment!!!!
Proud of you woman, your doing great!
I'm glad you're working with a therapist.... We show people how to treat us and you deserve to be treated well!.... Big hug for you...x
Keep strong

Well it's usually about the sex...or money. Glad you didn't get hurt too bad...can't say you didn't see it coming. Just wanted to be positive eh?
Your mind is made up and yes you deserve better. Stay strong, be confident.
He's still a puke from what I read...I just assumed you would have known he was the type to do you like that. My bad.
If your busy with friends, learning to bond and enjoy and accept and be accepted -
You don't have time to obsess about a break up, you new stuff and friends, hobbies, etc - replaces the thoughts...
Sigh.
Well, as you probably already know, the best way to get over him is to have no contact with him.
(If you check over at the breakups and divorce board, you will see that being recommended time and again.)
Did your therapist suggest any ways that might lead to making new friends!!?
Of course that will help. Just stands to reason.
I hope you get some soon!!!! Good ones!!!!
