I shocked my PDoc on my first visit, last July,(omg, i didn't realize, it will be a year next month.) One of his questions to me was " do you drink or use drugs?" My responsed was a resounding NO. He said he is surprised. I asked Why. He said that most people in my "condition"(state of mind) use alcohol or drugs to cover up the pain. I told him, i do not like being out of control of my feelings. But now, i am on meds to help me to control my feelings ( hmmm, interesting, isn't it?) Does it make a difference in using drus to cover up your feelings or using drus to control them? just a thought.
Hindsight, it's funny.

I drink with and without my meds and got the only have 2 at a time thing yesterday at the Pdoc.(done.... a beer in each hand works for me.LOL) I do not mess with street drugs at all never have except for an occasional visit to the greenman.(very occasional) I do notice a change in moods the day after drinking too much so I try to be careful.
