Sigh its been nearly four months now and my mood still hasnt shifted, this is the longest a spell of depression has last. Makes me think of game of thrones how the seasons there last for years, its winter in my life these days. Everything feels cold, bitter or tasteless; I really need a win right now a ray of hope, a light a sign something I cant go on like this I really need a damn win. But nothing seems in sight, now even by hallucinations are depressing.
I usually see good things I know they arnt real just my brain being all fucked uppy but they are usually good and I can tell reality from fantasy most of the time unless I chose to lose myself in it but now even my fantasies are turning dark normally I have to drag myself begrudgingly to reality now I run to it telling myself its okay its all in your head.
I see no end to this misery right now, Im losing hope I feel like Ive held onto it too tightly for too long and now its slipping through the cracks in my fingers its going I need to hold on somehow I need to stay focused and believe in a higher power but its getting harder and harder

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

Do you need to go inpatient??... I found a hospital stay did me the world of good and things improved much faster... I've been pretty stable for a few years now since then
Hopelessness is part of the illness sweetie... It's what the illness tells us but it's not the truth... There is hope and healing to be had

If you repost this under the 'general bipolar' category a lot more people will see it.. Not too many people come up here...xo
Here's another. I read the book Schindler's list. They said that the Jews would commit suicide by throwing themselves into an electric fence. When the others would find someone who was ready to do this, they would talk to them and say--"If you do this, you'll never find out what happened." And it worked. It worked for me once, so I can attest to it--my sister was going to have a baby and I wanted to kill myself but I told myself--I'll never know anything about the baby if I do. I hope this helped even a little bit. If nothing else, to know that others felt like you do is nice sometimes.
