Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
I would suggest you would have more responses from members with the experience to help you if you were to copy this post and place it in the "general discussion" board here at this BP group as this crisis board is for those who are at serious risk of doing harm to themselves and/or others...I'm not getting that feeling from you. I'm sure you'll get caught up and feeling better before too long.
We all make mistakes so don't beat yourself up over this. If this becomes a recurring thing I might suggest you set an alarm clock to remind you when it's time to take your pills. Better the irritation of needing the reminder, even when you don't, and having to turn the alarm off than what you're experiencing now wouldn't you agree?
Hang in there burr. (((BBH)))
