I went through the same thing last year..on the chat line w someone who had od'ed...finally help arrived and let me know,person was on the way to hospital.

It took me weeks to get over it.

Remember depression will take over your thoughts. What you're thinking now is not real. Try to remember your good points (and you have lots) and all the friends you have that love you. You can get through this, you're a strong man.
