Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
Usually for me, they go away on their own. I wish you the best. We are all here for you Tats.
I don't know who to call....
I hope it passes soon. If it gets really serious, then maybe a trip to the ER is in order. But I understand if you don't want to go.
Do you think it's really serious? Do you have a plan and all of that?
I'm embarrassed for even having written this post but I don't know what else to do......I'm so lonely and feel very empty. I called my dbt coordinator and he told me to go for a walk but I can't get out of the house.
Yeah I'm really trying here.....but don't have anyone close to me to call. I'm a real good isolator and my one friend is at work.
I'll see if I can find a number to call....if I call the hosp. they'll send the police. Don't want my son to have to see that....sigh
Next, I would contact a close friend or family family to see if they can help you out.
If both those routes fail, then I would consider going to the hospital.
Hugs,
Christa
