My life is out of control...no... my mind is. I was just hospitalized for panic attacks and now that I'm out I'm in a partial hospitalization program. I feel like going back in the psych ward. I'm going to freak out in 2 seconds....... FREAK THE FUCK OUT!

Freaking out can be fun but if you die how would you know?
I understand, but I gave up thinking of death as an option and that works for me. I've never used xanax but I have depended on anti-psychotics and tranquilizers and never developed a dependency. Your choice. Sometimes I think that hospital is a good, safe place to be. I've been in worse places. Just take care of yourself!

Try a Benadryl .

Psych Hospitals use it safely all the time to calm patients .
