I don't know what to do. I am paralyzed with Depression and Fear. I hate myself. I know I sound like a broken record. I have an intake evaluation with Community Mental Health on Friday. I pray that they can help me. I seriously wish that God would take me. I don't want to be here and I serve no purpose. I feel broken. Mentally, physically. I am not in good shape tonight.
I went to County Mental Health for 1 years before I went on Disability and got Medicare. It's bare-bones, yet adequate care and you usually get your meds for free. It definitely got me through a difficult decade.
Don't go out now, when hope is shining right at your door. You have an Intake Friday. They will get you the help that you need and put you on a hopefully helpful medication regime that should change the way you feel. There are a lot of great antidepressants that really work out there.
