I've got the heart and the face thingies going on, too!!!!
I'm sick to my stomach with fear and anxiety and my hands are shaking so badly that it's very hard to type. I can only bear the depression because I have no other choice. Or do I?
I'd just as soon not say why I feel this way, but I have my reasons.
I'm so sorry that pointillism isn't currently happening in your life. My daughter likes doing that and the results are quite impressive!!!
It's sad indeed when you can't even lose yourself in your art.
I'm sorry that you have no one to turn to, either.
I hope coming here and sharing your troubled soul will make you feel at least a tiny bit less alone.
Although it's probably of little comfort now, I think one makes better choices when they're in their thirties, when it comes to finding a mate.
Still, I think you might be very much mistaken about when you will meet a man of interest.
But I think you're wise to put that on the back burner if you're feeling so messed up right now.
Focus on yourself and what you might do to make things better.
What's the weather forecast like? Any chance that it will be sunny tomorrow!!?
If it is and you feel your spirits lift, run and grab your camera or a pencil or a brush and see if you can get back into your art!!!!
I'm sorry you're feeling down. It's dreadful, isn't it!!!?
I hope you're feeling better soon!!! (((((Hugs)))))
Mine are medical woes. In under three years I've had:
lung cancer scare complete with PET scan (which was negative)
Various CAT scans to check up on my lungs as well.
hospitalization for depression
outpatient for depression
psych meds changes (for the better I might add)
Pdoc retiring and having to find another pdoc.
Back pain (more than once but never as bad as it has been this time)
knee surgery
lots of pain meds for knee surgery
synvisc shots for knee
knee brace
tendonitis and boot for that
joint pain
mental health issues beyond hospitalization I had (hallucinations for one all three kinds)
I had to put my gym membership on hold for six months too.
This is just getting the better of me. Maybe I should take a mental health weekend and just let me be depressed. That's probably a bad idea.
All I know is lately I feel like I've gone to college, gotten my masters degree and then got my doctorate in self(pity) and that is not a good thing.
Grenadine, glad you had a friend cheer you up. As for me, I think I am very well, thanks for asking. LOL
well I'm heading to bed. Message me if you wana talk!
Not in as much pain today and have not had any pain meds (a good thing).
I have decided to take it easy for the next two days and do not do any work (job). I'm going to try and relax and watch some TV whether it be DVR stuff, DVD or other. I may try to read as well.
Have not had my meds yet need to do that.
My faith carries me as well (not to be preachy) and my 12 step program as well. I am going to do a 4th step on the subject of my health also. When I write things just seem to come out of me and make more sense.
I hope everyone has a good day.
