I feel like my rebellion and foolishness in college, led eventually to my mental breakdown and dx of bp, that has been so hard, and still factors a lot in my life. I wasted so much of my family's money on my bachelor's degree education, and I haven't put much effort at all into any of my classes at the community college so far.
How do I forgive myself for letting myself and my family down...for bringing bp on myself, and for squandering my family's money? I have the regret of not finishing my bachelor's, and stupidly giving up a balanced and healthy social and physical lifestyle for an abusive relationship, becuase "love" couldn't wait.
What do/would you do with major regret?

Woke up feeling very emotional and about to clock in at my place of employment. And can't place it all in writing but not been a good experience with my store manager or his boss. Defamation of my character is a concern. I've been losing appetite and weight. Trying to perform at work to keep myself from hospitalization as a result of toxic masculinity.

having said that we all have regrets and guilt here.. I wrote a post a long time ago.. Where do you put the guilt.. I got some really good responses.. I remembered the title on purpose so I could reflect on the wise advise now and then.. you can look it up if you'd like...big hug for ya..x
The main thing is what you take away from your mistakes learn from them. Learn to laugh at yourself and grow as a person.
What I do with all my feelings and regrets is to turn them around and make the best out of what has been given to me.
Not only will you make yourself proud, but your family proud!
