four days now. The shirt anyways. The pants like two days. I haven't brushed my hair in probably as long. Can't remember though. Granted, I have good hair and can mostly straighten it out with my fingers. I just have got the I don't give a shits!! Have to get washed up and dressed some time today though because I can almost smell my own sweat. Gross!! Do any of you go like this sometimes? Or am I stinky all by myself??

there is nothing like losing your shower to make you want to get into one as much as possible.

It's okay Chelle, we can give each other stinky hugs, I've been in the not wanting to shower or change zone for about two weeks now. I think I've managed a shower about every 3 or 4 days. Some days it's just to damn much to care about hygiene. I managed to take a shower today but the one before was 3 days ago. Yep, I need a med adjustment, no appt until Nov 5th though so I'm just trying to deal with myself until then. We can be gross together. ((big stinky hugs)) -Crystal

No, you're not alone. I can go days wearing the same thing and don't brush my hair or my teeth. I hate to think how long I'd go if I didn't have outside commitments which force me to clean up!

No I have been really depressed but maybe its just me but I can't stand to be dirty. I change my clothes atleast twice a day. Shower in the morning and at night.

UPDATE: I got washed and dressed. Didn't make it for a full fledged shower, but I got damn close. Yay for no stink!!

Yay for Chelle- no you aren't alone- when i am down i tend to ignore those daily cleaning habits- like brushing teeth, showering, sometimes i sleep in my clothes that i wore to work and have been known to wear the same pair of jeans three or four days in a row

that happens to me more often than Id like. I did suck it up and take a shower this morning though. Dont ask me when my last one before that was..

Yes I do that more often that I would like to admit.. It is so odd because when I was younger I was obsessed with cleanliness. Y'know though it lifts your mood when you are clean. But when I am really down it is the last thing I want to do, but a super easy mood lift if you really think about it. I have loads of wonderful bath products, beauty supply items, perfumes etc.. but still.. when I am really down - it just isn't happening :-(
