I feel myself deteriorating past the point of BP. This started since my break-up last year. I have noone now. There is no love in my life. Each day is so hard. I feel like im a prisoner of my ex who doles out attention in bite-size portions to keep me hanging on. I don't know. I'm breaking down and falling apart.
Seroquel makes me feel high and drugged up. My doc says im on a low dosage. But I cant take the meds and work. I have to choose one. Im so angry at her.
I wish i had someone to support me to wake up to talk to. But I dont its just me and im the worst kind of company for myself.

I might suggest demanding your doctor change your meds, and if she won't, find a new doctor. My experience has been that bipolar folks do better with both an antidepressant and a stabilizer, rather than only one med.
As for finding company to keep, some of the best friends I've ever made have come from time spent volunteering for a cause. You're guaranteed to have something in common with them, because at the very least you both believe in the work you're doing.
