Hey guys. Tis me again. It's hump day and I sure could use some hugs. What about yall? Wanna hug? Come on and let's hug!! Today, I have gone from thinking I was a monster to thinking I am not half bad after all. I had therapy today. She really helped me. She said I was calling myself a monster because I had resolved myself to the fact that I was going to see the horrible images and think the horrible thoughts and punish myself that way instead of having the strength to confront the perpetrator.

That made all kinda sense to me because I do NOT want to confront him. I would rather somebody beat me black and blue. However, we put it in my plan that some time in the next three months I would confront him. It's the only way to alleviate the bad thoughts. I knew that without her telling me. I just didn't wanna face it. It's hard to face our demons.

But, anywho...........that's the gist of my day. What about yalls? I am fixing to make some beefaroni for supper. Yall hongry? Come on over. I always make extras.
