I have been feeljng very depressed all day long ,im off meds dont take any anymore .been a month. i was doing okay up till today other than what i posted be4 i could handle that, now im just depressed as fuck ,intusive thoughts about cutting myself , i have felt like i want to cry all fucking day but im stubborn and i wont. i just need this feeling to go away.i have a lot on my shoulders right now and the stress is just getting to me, what the hell should i do?

Go to the ER. You'll be safe and get some help. Don't take a chance on this going away by itself.

My best advice is to get to a pdoc and get back on meds...I know you probably don't want to hear that, but it's all I got.

I am sort of in the same boat...I am extremely depressed however I do take Celexa which is supposed to help with depression...

I know how you feel...i hope someone else on here has better advice

y so they can can put me on meds i cant afford not to mention the hosp bill that i have no coverage for, and missing work which i cant do ya hosp pout of question im not going to kill myself. im just upset and me cutting has nothing to do with suicide. thnx but i just need someone to talk to the girlfriend is in bed im up drinking four loco

Have you tried lithium It's super inexpensive. I think it's on walmarts four dollar list.

i'm sorry you feel this way...you're not alone...i want to cut tonight, too, and it has nothing to do with suicide (which is the only reason i'm not in the hospital tonight).

i understand having no medical coverage and expensive meds, my pdoc puts me on meds that are on wal-mart's $4 list, but i'm on a program that gets them for me for $3 for a month's supply. maybe check into some programs like that...

i don't know...i wish i knew what to tell you...

i was o lithium remeron an lamictal, i cant see my PDOC without insurence o im going without them.
