This is why I came back...nothing else comes even close to DS for acceptance and understanding. This time around I'm in it for the friendships and the peace DS can bring. When I first joined my therapist was the one who suggested it and I learned SO much about our disorder from here. Knowledge is definitely power but it's not enough. Bless you all for your kind words and I'm on an upswing for sure. First time I've smiled in weeks. :)

I am so sorry to hear you are struggling. Depression is so hard. I've dealt with it my whole life, being BiPolar is a nightmare. Thinking you don't needs meds after you've had the best combination so far and feeling out of control is horrible. Don't let the lies of depression convince you of feelings this way! Don't give it the power. I really hope you start feeling better. What are some of your hobbies and things you like to do?
