I Don't Feel Real

I was at the store just now and I was about to ask the lady if she could see me cos I just did not feel like I was real or physically there. She spoke to me just before I got the words out but I still feel unreal. Like a holographic image that keeps shifting in and out of focus. I don't know why I feel like this.

I'd call that "feeling spacey". I think it can be caused by several different things but primarily meds. (too little or too much) I'd discuss it with your doc since it is unnerving.

Guess it's too little in my case since I'm not on anything.

I'd say pregnancy out of body experience. It's hard work to grow a baby while multitasking with everything else.

HUGS, iam - good to see you this morning. Yes, that sounds familiar; I'd say it was something most of us have had happen from time to time, but it depends on how we are Interpreting what you are saying.

I have times when I am depressed, of course, when I am Convinced I am invisible to others, but I'm thinking your statement may be more like SensitiveHoboLady mentioned? Been there, too, and it usually doesn't last very long - may happen a couple of times in a day or more, but if it keeps up you need to Realize that they can still see you, iam, wherever you are....I know you are off meds for the baby, but some "stuff" will happen when we are off them, so keep aware.
