i'm still new to classifying what is what with this disorder...but i loose time and money in stores sometimes. the other day i stopped at walmart after work for dogfood, and when i got home it was 3 hours later...i had spend $160 on absolute necessities...or so i thought, i'be barely used the things i bought. i try to only get bare necessites now, as i have barely any income.

I spend money like I'm Mrs. Trump and now I am broke.

It is money. To the point that I am so far in debt with the credit card companies with no way of paying them off. Atleast I cut them up in a sane moment.

Apparently I have no conception of time, so lose it all the time. Bit scary sometimes. And spending, well the less said about that the better!

I dont spend money cuz I have none. But I waste tons of time starting stuff I'll never finish

I spend enormous amounts of money and I am very active in various activities which also cost money.

I have manic days where I spend my money on useless crap, but..

***Then there are other days where I clearly am manic and I have energy to burn and my mind goes so fast if i see an item in the store for example, I will get bored of the idea of buying it within seconds, even if I really like it. And than I can walk out of a shopping centre without buying a thing.

Lots of people talk about spending lots of money, sure I have those moments but equally I have the above moments also.

I lock myself in the house so i don't have to spend money i don't have

i agree with #7 if i dont really have the money i can always find some to waste on crap and yet when i have the money and i actually need something i will get bored easily or try and get the cheapest one, time i try not to waste i feel bad if ive had a lazy day

i absolutely hate shopping so this helps me but wat i do do is waste time i work for my self in removals part time i tend to do things very cheap dont no y i do this just do some days i only cover costs and wagers but wen am manic every body is my friend even if i dont no them

like what proud mary said, but i'm not new to this dx. i've had it for many years now, just not always medicated either. i was suprised to learn the other day that beepers go int like a hypersexual mania lol that explains a lot. I've learned a lot on this site and from other peoples experiences too.

I really can't say i have any extra money to buy anything. my tattoo was only 50 bucks but that could've gone to smokes. so when i do go into a mania, i usually annoy the fuck out of people by talking too much, then wast a lot of time on my computer. or i might just go on a cleaning spree. lol

I spend, spend, spend....But with the manic episode I just had I let myself have a budget and I stuck to it..I don't have credit cards anymore at all, and never will. Unfortunately when manic I gamble too, and that's where I lose a lot of money..

I spend alot of money but i usually feel i spend my time doing alot of stuff which is good. Some of it however does turn out bad or viewed as bad when in another frame of mind like say, depressed.

I do silly things that seem so important at the time. I'm always amazed at my committment to a project when I'm manic. silly silly stuff.

I have to spend time fixing things I did when I was manic. Feels like it's wasted cuz it could have been avoided if I hadn't gotten manic in the first place.
