I cannot see the end of it. Help.

Actually I know seeking help online is useless.

My illness makes me couldn't "Focus" on a single task ..thus, I can't work.

I'm in my 20s living off my parents' savings and I have very low self-esteem. Whenever I tried to go out and work, I ended up nervous-breaking-down back home and it's a very terrible thing/ horrible feeling.

I've read an article on "feelings are different from emotions"

My thoughts are racing and changing every minutes and it is killing me.

I have very very guilty feeling towards my family and I think I might as well just died.

I can hear you. I have 2 nieces and a sibling with bipolar, so I have some experience with it. I really hope you can realize your value. I'm sure your family loves you very much. It saddens me to read that you feel you would better off dead. Please don't think like that. I don't know the answers to help you, but I do know that you a person who is undoubtedly loved by many and that there are lots of treatments for bipolar that can help you live a beautiful life. Please don't give up! Stick to it and find the treatment that works for you.

I had a quick look at your profile - are you on meds? I'm guessing not - if you can get on the right meds you may find that you are able to cope much better and expand your possibilities for happiness.

HI and Welcome Monaso.... DS is a very supportive place to come....Do you have a psychiatrist?... Are you on medication?... There is a lot of help to be had and stability is within reach sweetie... You need some help... Big hug for you...x

    Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.
