My ex and I got into a fight. I told him I Won't be able to handle it when he gets a new girlfriend. I told him that I can't get over him when he's around me.
At any rate I'm going to tell him that we can't be friends and that I need some space. This is the only way I can get over him. Out of site out of mind.
It's really hard though. I don't even know really why I have such feelings for him. But I do. I can't control them I know I tried.
When I was ready to say good bye to him for the sake of my daughter I felt no loss in fact I felt happy. But I had a son who wants to be with his dad. Also now my daughter wants to have her dad back in her life.
It be so much easier if he'd just go away.
I know it's mean but I wish he would go back to jail.

Could you still be hooked, because you have not replaced him? Have you had many relationships since - or is he the BIG Last One...
That could explain it - if he's your last dream "Happily ever after..." and you tasted, tried, or broke up with others - his memories are the freshest! LOL
In my 20's - I always thought the best way to get over a man, is another man... but hitting 50, I know I grieve dreams more then the guys....
Let go of the dreams my friend - they are hurting you more than this man..... xox
I've never really moved on I guess. But I have forgotten when he's not around.
I think he scarred me so bad that I can't trust other men now. I can't open my heart again.
I'm totally happy when he's not around. But when ever he is around it's painful. A horrible painful reminder.
