Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

I'm no longer sure why I'm posting this because people will try to talk me out of it. I'm tired of the pain and suffering. I hate seeing my life deteriorate because of this disease.
I don't want to leave my 18 yr old son with Aspergers behind. I feel terrible and maybe I am for what I plan on doing. But I'm so afraid I will get much worse because of life and won't be able to function at all.
I'm going to write a long letter explaining to my family and few friends why I did this and that I am very sorry. Also I will tell them I love them.
Thank you your friendship,
Jennifer

Which explains the mysterious fevers and my extra fatigue. I'm so glad I pushed for answers.

Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.

Hugs,
Lynn
Think about what you have lived "Through", and what you have learned...you may not feel strong, but you are and you are smart too. Would you be willing to give someone you trust a call. Reach out and have faith that your depression will turn. I know it is hard, but can you Make Yourself do something, go somewhere and give your mind a break, focus on something? If you are feeling suicidal, you can choose to be alone and fret/fear, or you can choose to call a friend to take you to hospital or you can reach out to call a crisis hot line.
There are things "Only You Can Do", DS offers you support, but you have the decision to make about your life. Prayers and love to you, I hope you will have sweet dreams tonight and wake tomorrow with a bit more hope....((((hugs))) from your Mom to an aspie friend :-)
