I absolutely refuse to stay still.

I absolutely refuse to clean a toilet outside of my home.

I absolutely refuse to clean a fish or wild game.

I absolutely refuse to be cremated (okay? okay!).

I absolutely refuse to drink or use drugs - at least that's what I'm telling myself today!

I absolutely will not accompany my son and hubby when hunting or fishing - it's probably best for my own good.

I won't eat or wear animals or use products tested on animals.

I will NOT bring someone else down ON PURPOSE.

I will NOT tolerate bullying....racism, bigotry, religious intolerance (or a-religious intolerance) and hatred (among other things) toward other living beings.

I refuse to remain quiet while someone bullies or puts down someone else especially a member of my family.

I refuse to allow spiders to live when I find them in my house as they scare the hell out of me.

I refuse to give up on myself and losing this weight so that I can have weight loss surgery.

I refuse to kill myself even when I am at my lowest and it seems there is no other option to make the pain stop. I wouldnt do that to my family. I want to live.

I refuse to deny who I am to make others comfortable
I refuse to watch others be judged because of things the cannot change
I refuse to support animal cruelty in any form
I refuse to let my illnesses get the best of me
I refuse to let others hold me back from being my best and happiest me
