Hello all
I'm ok but wired and can't sleep. I have a busy next two days still and can't rearrange most things. Sugh as my first client for personal training at 530am.
It feels "great" obviously but I need to rest, calm down, and of course see my doctor (Thursday appt but I will call tomorrow to tell them I'm on a high).
my brain won't turn off I want/need to clean; do laundry; do groceries; update my calendar.. so I'm in bed awake trying to rest instead of getting up to do it all ...
that is all .. ok and feeling great but worried because I can't "call out" next two days to take care of my current state.
Sigh. Good times.
Glad you're calling your doc, sounds like time for a med change.
Hold on my friend! What I hold on to is - I've been here before and did come out of it. Not our first rodeo's.
