Well still hypomanic. Never did make it to bed, I just had to much stuff to do, however I'm not tired in the least and am excited to get the new day going. A friend is coming over today to help me on my basement remodel project so I'm looking forward to that and I'm hoping to finish my book case for my office today. Oh yeah and I have to work from home today so may not get to the book case.....

Oh, as a follow up I have just realized that unless I get hypo I'm not in a good mood. I think I might be addicted to hypomania and a normal state seems depressed to me.

so, I'm sensing a Pattern here. Three of our lovely bipolar men going hypo within a day of each other.

It must be airborne, men! The rest of you guys, get face masks on!

I hope the lack of sleep doesn't last too long, Michael :) (of course, who am I kidding? I've had only two proper nights of sleep in the past 10 days)

there does seem to be a lot of "going manic" and hypomanic right now, wonder if it's the change in the weather, cause I'm feeling kind of hypomanic right now too

yeah, I definately love what I can do while in a hypomanic state.....multitasking.
