well it was nice you wrote back, i'm very manic for a few weeks can't sleep i'm very angry x 2 it was my b-d 7-7 trieded to make myself feel happy.but again i sat in my room hope that someone would call , no 0ne did. this put me in a spirall went trom crying to sceaming than back. i think i'm done. all ways stressed, have no friends and fam, is finished trying.i.ve been thinking death and relief are looking good, still taking meds even 2 zolpidem for sleep but as you can see it doesn't work! why does every thing haxe to be so hard. i need peace for my mind body and soul

It sounds as if you'd benefit from having them changed and that will probably make the world look very different.

ok, so have you told your psychiatrist that you can't sleep and are in a state of mania?

they may be able to give you an anti-psychotic to help - or check to see if your lithium levels are ok
