I hope you are ok. I've looked and you have been posting between 3am and 5am EST so there would not be many people around.

I think Gina replied that we don't actually know you - you have one friend only and your profile is not filled out.

Are you on meds, can you go to ER?

Maybe you can say a bit more about youurself so we can understand what is going on?

well it was nice you wrote back, i'm very manic for a few weeks can't sleep i'm very angry x 2 it was my b-d 7-7 trieded to make myself feel happy.but again i sat in my room hope that someone would call , no 0ne did. this put me in a spirall went trom crying to sceaming than back. i think i'm done. all ways stressed, have no friends and fam, is finished trying.i.ve been thinking death and relief are looking good, still taking meds even 2 zolpidem for sleep but as you can see it doesn't work! why does every thing haxe to be so hard. i need peace for my mind body and soul

hi, do you want to say what bipolar meds you are on?

It sounds as if you'd benefit from having them changed and that will probably make the world look very different.

ok, so have you told your psychiatrist that you can't sleep and are in a state of mania?

they may be able to give you an anti-psychotic to help - or check to see if your lithium levels are ok
