It's in his best interest to be totally honest and open. About everything.

I do have suicidal idealization sometimes which I see as different. When faced with the worst pdoc on the planet I told him I wasn't having them.
I couldn't tell him the truth because he didn't recognize the difference. With all of my other pdocs. I have been able to tell them I have suicidal idealizations and talk about whether or not there is a need for hospitalization.

I also realized recently, I realized how in my head I am even with him. There things that matter a lot I should discuss. For example, he had no idea how reclusive I had become. Now I am making a concerted effort to get out of the house more often.
I feel, in a way, like I am living a double life by not revealing to my husband the one secret I have and my doctor both of them.
I'm honest but until I chat w doc her/him self, I won't even put my ss number on such question neers.
I half to directly speak w billing dept before I share my ss #. & insurance info.
Can't help if I'm not honest.
