How do you stop spending money

I have a problem with money. I spend it. It has been a month since I have bought anything that I do not need. I have not been to the craft store and limited online medications and stuff. Last month I bought clothes I needed and medicine and made 1 trip to Michaels for supplies needed. I am saving 2.00 a week and have accumulated 40.00 so far. doing better but still want to be able to keep it up Going to craft store is necessary because I do not work and need to do some crafts. I am doing ok but would like to do better it is so hard to do any help would be appreciated Thanks

Unfortunately I am in the same boat. I am horrible with money. All of my bills get paid, but at the end of the month I have nothing leftover.

I have a hard time wasting money. I normally like to go out for lunches. That nickel and dimes me out of money a lot. Also my mouse finger is kinda itchy. On Ebay and Amazon. I like buying electronics and computer parts. lol

I used to be eating chinese and electronics but now it is mostly crafts But I have been buying medication trying to control the psoriasis just bought prescription strength coal tar. But aside from lotions creams and vitamins But most of my money goes to crafts at the end of the month I start using credit cards I have been trying and doing better talk myself out of it But sometimes the drive is so strong I buy stuff Do not really know what to do except get rid of the cards and that is out for now

I would cut up the credit cards and use only cash …. That takes care of a lot of temptation

Have you ever seen a budget counselor? I saw one years ago-- it helps- I use a spending tracker app to track spending which helps me-- I have only one credit card I monitor closely-- for now meds are working - envelope system also works - put cash in separate envelopes for expenses-- another way to budget--- you have done well keep believing in yourself -- hugs!!
