Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
Putting aside my issues with the site and DS - I want to see if I can do something positive.
So my suggestion is for asking you to contribute hits and tips for other members. Can be something simple, just post something.

If you can't login, go to the login page. Click on "forgot password". You will get and e-mail with a link to the reset page. Unfortunately at the moment DS keeps logging people out and if it does you have to go through the process again. I've told them and they are trying to fix it.
Alot of us have gained a number of group memberships we don't want and it's not immediately obvious how to leave. Click on the orange "Joined" button and it will allow you to leave.

I find myself going places in the car and not wanting to get out of the car. I come back home and I don't want to get out of the car. I think it's the only time I spend reflecting. Go to your own profile to accept. You will see "notifications" in the upper right corner. Click on "notifications" and it will take you to your profile where you simply accept. Same process with messages.

Another tip: Never try to clip your bangs after three drinks.
