so i used to a member here. and then i wasnt. and now i am again. im on and then off. up and then down. white and then black. i remember then i forget. im happy and then im not sad, but fucking pissed. its hard to be this way. i wish it was easier.

Knowing yourself and your up/down cycles helps give you a place to start with either accepting or changing.

thanks everyone. i feel a little better today. i struggle with reaching out, connecting with others. but im making an effort this year to do just that. one day at a time.
