I knew this medication change would go badly! I'm out of my new medication. I've called my psychiatric person twice. she said she would send a perscription order to the pharmacy but when I called the rx this morning, they said no perscription sent in for me. She gave me samples to start with.
I don't want to get smacked in the face with depression, again. What can I do besides take my medication because I don't have it, so I can stay sane. I've already called my person as I said so that's not an option.
This is one of the many reasons I hate being alive! My life hangs in the balance and noone will help me. I know my person has other clients and is busy but I need help, too.
It was just like when I was a kid. Everybody else's problems are more important than mine. Maybe this is the thing that will push me over the edge and I kill myself. I don't why I've stayed around this long. Nobody really cares about me. They just care about what I can do for them. Maybe death would be best for me. I'm just taking up space.

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. If so keep being a broken record until the nurse hears you and can get this medication to you!
In the mean time, I totally agree with May, deep breaths, and will add too, find something you are grateful for to fight against the feelings you expressed...hang in there Jenn....
