Please give your Pdoc a call and perhaps get things slowed down or stopped in its tracks. It's good that you can recognize the symptoms of a cycle because it allows you time to try and control it before it gets too bad.

Imagine you are driving a car and pressing on the gas but suddenly the car speeds up and races away and the brakes won't work or you are going along and suddenly the car begins to sputter and stall and the accelerator doesn't work.
Who has not had those nightmares BTW?
He doesn't get that?
After you've been hypo or full-blown manic, the lows can be debilitating. I'm sorry you're suffering right now- it WILL pass, just remember. ((((HUGS))))
