Head pressure from panic attacks?

I have been having painless head pressure for a while. It's generally on the left side of my head. I notice it gets worse the more I worry about things. It's a tightening feeling and it scares me silly. Anyone else have this problem? Just trying to see if there is a connection with panic attacks. Thanks....

Yes. Had this exact problem for months a year or two ago. The problem subsided on its own, but it was scary as hell. I was under constant stress at that point, so can't pinpoint it specifically to panic attacks, but they certainly seemed to accelerate the feeling.

Sounds scary for sure. I get panic attacks and have severe anxiety but never the pressure that I've noticed. Hope it gets better for you.

I think I've had that too.

Not saying it is - but have you had your blood pressure checked?

Yes, very scary. I'm glad some have had the same. And no I haven't as of lately but in the past my blood pressure has always been excellent.

    Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner.  I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings.  But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!
