I have this personal war going on in my head. I feel like everyone can see it but I slowly realize only I can see it.
My thoughts are very cloudy and I'm very unsure of myself. I can not seem to relax.
Can someone give me some ideals on how to relax and calm myself. I've forgotten all my tools to help me though this process.

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!

Deep breathing - breathe in Deeply through your nose and hold for a few seconds - and then breathe out through your mouth as if you were blowing through a straw
Progressive Relaxation - lay flat in your back with your eyes closed. Slowly tense up your feet, and then relax them; move up to your calves, tense it up and release...you can continue all the way from your toes to the top of your head.
Meditative Rekaxation: just take a few looks around the room, gaining strength in the present, (don't think about the past or the future - anything else- focus on the way your body feels. and iif a worry or anxious thought comes into your mind, put it in an imaginary box and let it just float away.
Big hugs, Krob!

I also don't know much about BUDDA...but everytime I see a quote or something from BUDDA...it relaxes me...maybe look up some info on BUDDA.
