Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
Best of everything.

If you are interested in bookeeping then go for it learn perhaps take a course.
Baby steps are good if you look at one thing at a time you wont be overwhelmed
You can start a budget perhaps and look at what the needs are to live as opposed to the wants
I wish you well on your new path
It appears that you have several areas to focus on... if you want a drivers license, then write the test and go from there... if you haven't finished high school, then take the GED... or go to an adult high school that will help you graduate... speak to a counselor at a career center...
Is is better that you focus on the present and take steps to make a stronger future... you are 20 and that is still young and enough time to make the changes you need... change is always hard but it is possible, if you have the desire .... good luck ((hugs)) polar
