Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.

The three day weekend for me is just the norm....I don't work now.... I was feeling rough for a bit but have been better the last couple of days... I've had a few panic attacks and they freak me out

It's gonna hurt at first, but pain is only temporary. :)
so I was forced to sit out in the heat all day. It was miserable.
But today the library is open again and I am out of the heat
