Hi Zany! You have a special day. You and everyone else. It's a glorious day outside no rain and clear skies. I hope everyone gets outside for just a minute or two today. I'm going to a group meeting today and out to dinner with friends tonight. Looking forward to seeing my buds. Hugs!

Good day all, specially to Zany for startin the thread & is totally great person. Well iv been up since 5:30AM, cuz when i wake up now i realized how messed up things really are, & i cant go back to sleep. I drank a FULL craft of coffee, now with my high anxiety i shouldnt even drink the coffee, BUT we all need something right? Point being with my high anxiety i shake quite a bit, WELL i have yet another welfare appointment in an hour & im vibrating, SHIT they are gonna think im a crack addict!!!
