Good morning guys. I am trying to get woke up with my coffee. Am feeling a bit hungover this morning. Haven't slept that lousy in a long time. Only about three and a half hours and with my good ole disturbing dreams YAY!! NOT!! Is anybody else feeling hungover this morning? What are you doing to try to get woke up?? I am sipping some chocolate coffee, listening to some Kid Rock, Bad Company, and Journey. It is beginning to work already. Ahhh!!!!! I wish you all a groovy day filled wtih only good things!! lol welcome to my feet shuffling day l'm sooooooo out of it from lack of sleep but l slept well ugh

but l am watching Monk a very cool series he's too much like me or am l too much like him!!

I had to take a vicoden for my shoulder last night...... turns out it doesn't go well with my other meds....... I am hungover.

My poor back and stuff is so decrepit first thing in the morning, I am lucky to be able to walk LOL I feel especially decrepit this morning!!

i got on the coffee and cigs....worked for me i think....but then its nearly dinner time now...where did the day go?
will be getting ready to do it all over again soon.....hopefully with more sleep!
watching two and a half men.
