LOL! Maybe Mojo, maybe. :P justletmebe, I'm going to Flagstaff- so not so many worries about the heat! I'm flying into PHX because my dad couldn't find a good deal on a short flight to Flag. Its an over night flight, so I'll get into AZ around 12am. Most likely staying in PHX over night.

I used to live in Arizona, it's my second home. I don't mind the heat, because it is dry! It's like 90 something today, here in NY... and I'm DYING. SO, SO humid. Went to my moms for the day and she doesn't have AC. I just got home and my AC is blasting. lol

So sad no one has plans!

ugh, i hate humidity, dry heat is better than that, although when you open the door you get a furnace blast!!!

I have two sets of plans for the summer

1. Swim with the kids, maybe go to payson or
2. have a complete meltdown and vacay at banner behavioral health hospital again...(sorry for the buzzkill, but fml)

Aww, justletmebe, I'm so sorry. When I lived in AZ I went in the hospital three times. Twice at St. Luke's in Phx, and once at the hospital in Flag. If you need to go, St. Lukes was good back then (idk how it is now) and Flag is great! I know cause my dad works there as a social worker, has for years.

I have been contemplating moving to that area for a while now. I think it would help with my arthritis and allergies. I live in New England and have lived in Florida but the humidity drove me nuts.
We will most likely stay close to home this summer due to business.

No money, no big plans. But I do have some little ones.

Please, no one use the word staycation. I hate that word

I am camping on the beach for one night, tomorrow. surfing, weenie roast, marshmallows, bonfire. Sleeping hearing the surf pound...if they could put that in a pill.

A couple of weekends ago we went to a balloon and wine festival. Good music...Live, Soul Assylum, and Lifehouse. Great wine, beer, champagne. Big balloons. fun.

Would you believe LA county? I'm about 35-45 minutes from Huntington Beach.

Sad thing is, I don't go there often. :-/

I LOVE Huntington Beach! My uncle and aunt have a house not even 10 mins away from it, in Orange County! Is that old diner-ish place still on the end of the pier?

i went to a beach jam/ bonfire last weekend and you're right...if they could only put that magic into pill form. :)

Just found out I have arthritis in my spine, knees and have fibromyalgia - Screw the pain, I'm still going camping in AZ this summer!
