I walk alot, everyday though today I just strolled.......Haven't hit the warm packs or ice just yet....just can't get comfy to do that. The chiropractor is about the only thing besides the pain med that helps. I do specific stretches that he showed me acupuncture sounds like a good plan will have to check in to that, thanks Gina!! ( ((hugsback)))
And I'm only 24!!! LOL This pregnancy has made me seriously consider amputation at points LOL I swear, I was serious. And it's not just the pregnancy, it's like, always.
Have you tried physical therapy? I'm sure a chiro does wonders and I'm super jealous. I'm bad at keeping up on anything so I fear this PT will be awesome for a month and then after LO is born I'll just turn into a stiff, sore, sour punk again.
Evil ass hips...
Oh, oh, sounds crazy, but my fiance literally punches my hips while I'm laying down and it helps a LOT. It feels like a deep tissue massage w/o all the work. Hot baths sometimes help, ice doesn't seem to do much of a difference, and stretches hurt as much as they help so I only do a few and forget to do a second round later in the day.
The best stretch I've found is squats - maybe give those a go if you haven't yet? Just make sure you have something to hang onto!!!
much love
