Hi you guys. Good morning. How did you sleep? I finally slept a good eight hours. Been having trouble the last several nights. I just wanted to give everybody some gentle good morning hugs to do their hearts good for their day. So I am officially, if you are reading this, giving your heart some lovin. Enjoy!!

Good Morning Chelle...Thanks for the warm morning hugs. I actually slept for about 12 1/2 hours last night. Seroquel is working for my sleep. I hope you have a wonderful day!

I am lost in a dreamworld of soul wandering and self-reflection

Wanting to love is counterproductive. I must wait. I think I will meditate today, I would like to travel to the mountains. Perhaps breakfast is in order now.
