Journal Entry #2:
I made a budget. Yes, it's true. I sat down and wrote down each expense from the beginning to the end of the month. I now know what I need to make for my deposit each week. (If I get behind I always get the opportunity to work more- but, I have do have energetic limits). And, I have a clear picture of the entire picture. I decided on how much to pay on each credit card and cancelled my subscription to Sirius/downgraded Netflix. I started three new accounts at my bank- emergency fund, short terms goals- (a workshop and minor purchases), and long-term goals- travel, pay off credit card).
I think I should keep charitable donations in there-what you give comes back ten-fold has certainly worked in my favor; my brothers phone bill is one of them.
I'm not staying over BFs the entire weekend so I can see a client on Sat.
I don't feel so vulnerable to the co-dependent trap. He is always there for me, but I need to be clear on when it is appropriate to accept his help.
My head is so much clearer! It took a lot of momentum to finally do this after so many years so it is a momentous accomplishment!!!

I am pretty responsible with money, but simply don't earn enough to get by. The work I have done recently has been voluntary. It's benefits which have kept me afloat. (plus money my late Grandfather left by for me)
My Car has got through the MOT and I am more than relieved. I will have to stump up a quare bit for the Garage's repairs, but at least I have some money in the bank.
The most I can do is try to skimp by on my food stamps
by eating candy bars. My food stamps will run out at
the end of the month and I am far to sick to go through
the reapplication process. I have to make them last as
long as possible.
