Hey guys. How goes it? How are you? I am okay. Getting ready to head out on a few errands and shopping. Thank God itr's payday!! It's been a long, broke week. Have a good day all. Golng to a thrift store or two today and walmartr and the dollar strore.

Hi Chelle, I'm ok-ish. I walked about a mile this morning to get breakfast, and I think I'm gonna go downtown to the Public Gardens after. I'm trying to get out more. I have a pdoc appt at 320 that I'm anxious about. I'll be on here afterward bc I'll prob be a mess.

Try to pace yourself so you don't get exhausted. I'm waiting for my social security to hit the bank then I can pay some bills. We had some nice rain yesterday.

Good Afternoon, Folks. Lots of deep breathing for me today. Volunteered at the hospital. Got my 500 hour pin and a chocolate bar to boot -- that's nice, eh?

Hubby, my son & I are going to visit my sister for the weekend. She lives on a farm so there's always something to do!

Not looking forward to a rainy weekend. Maybe the forecast will change? One can never hope too much.

I am hanging out in the library as usual, trying to stay out of the horrendous heat outside. I will sit here till the library closes and then go to look for some food, then off to the usual place I park to sleep. Same as every other day.

    Due to my increased paranoia, anxiety, and a panic attack over the weekend, my psychiatrist has put me back in a full dose of Zyprexa until further notice. Every time I think I'm getting ahead something happens and it's back to square one. I knew he was gonna do this but I can't help feeling disappointed. It is what it is.
